Project 365: The Beginning Of August • RI Children's Photographer

Now that it's September, I finally got a chance to go through my personal photos from August.  Ah, the life of a RI children's photographer during busy season.

In looking through the photos, it looks like the first half of August, at least, had several themes:  the color green, fruits and veggies, and self portraits.  I've always done self portraits, and they often don't show my face.  I have a big thing for photographing others' hands and feet, and apparently my own as well.  It's a different point of view and still tells a story.  Don't worry, Lionel is in there, too.  Also making an appearance is my older nephew.  He doesn't like to have his photo taken too much any longer, so my excitement level was pretty high the day he told me that I could trade him my Go Fish winnings for some photos.  You do what you have to do as a photographer.  It also seems that we have a very talented spider who lives off the back of our house.  Perhaps her name is Charlotte?  She's been building beautiful webs for weeks, but we have yet to meet.
