I'm going to let you in on a secret: March is not my favorite month. In fact, it might be my least favorite. It's halfway between winter and spring, and even though spring comes in March, it's not really springy here for over a month more. Sometimes I'd like to skip March altogether.

Obviously that's not going to happen, though, and fortunately my camera and I have found some pretty things to look at as I'm now into my third month of my 2017 personal project. Lionel the cat got in some good photo ops in the beginning of March. There are also some photos with Meyer lemons, which I used as a prop during my day job as a RI children's photographer and then brought home, took some photos of, and cooked with. They're pretty, they're yellow, and they taste good. There's also kale and an onion; a few self portraits; and the ocean the day of the major blizzard that didn't quite happen.
