As a RI family photographer, most of my family photos are of the human members of the family. Recently, though, I got to meet and photograph a whole lot of dogs. My friends at Benny And Jack asked me to do the annual dog holiday photos at their Wakefield store. My own dog Lemmy loves it there and likes to visit as much as possible. It’s possible that he knows that he’ll get a treat every time he jumps up on the counter. Even though he acts dopey, he’s a pretty smart guy.

Benny And Jack provided the perfect festive decor for these holiday photos, including a tree and plenty of gifts underneath it. What could be in those boxes? I’m sure most dogs went home with visions of treats, new collars, and a fancy dog coat dancing in their heads.

Quite a few different pups came to visit, from small to large. Many dressed up for the holiday season, or wore the fun props provided by Benny And Jack. It was so much fun to meet all these furry guys and gals. In addition to all the fun and high dog fashion, a portion of the proceeds were donated to the Friends Of Charlestown Animal Shelter. So, all these paws stopped by for a good cause.
