2019 Project 365: March Part I • RI Family Photographer
March has been an insanely busy and stressful month for me. I’ve been all over the place, literally. It’s been mostly good, but there are times that I feel like there hasn’t been a moment to sit down to breathe. It’s just starting to get into my busy season as a RI family photographer (which is super exciting!) and there has been lots more happening. That said, every day I’ve still been picking up my camera for my daily photo. Some days I feel like I could’ve done better, but I’ve done my best. That’s what my dad has always said to me: “Do your best.”
There hasn’t been much snow this winter. We did manage to squeeze a little in right at the beginning of March, and I got out to photograph in it just for a bit, right as it started to change to rain and before it melted totally away. A winter person I’m not, mostly, but softly falling snow is always something I’ve found beautiful. Lionel the cat was nice enough to make another appearance in this most recent installment of my project 365, as did his canine cohort. A lot of my photos have still been indoors because let’s face it, I belong in a tropical location and going outside for long periods of time is something I generally avoid until it’s much warmer (aside from my almost-daily beach jaunts with the dog). But hopefully that will change soon.
So here’s the first half of March.

3/2/19 • “Inspiration”
This young lady is one of my muses and between that and the snow, I get a lot of inspiration from them both.

3/5/19 • “M is for”
Motorcycle boots!
3/6/19 • “Nature”
I found this quahog shell outside. Then I photographed it inside, where the temperature was much warmer!

3/9/19 • “Healthy”
This is the smoothie that I have for breakfast every day. It tastes like a chocolate shake, but it’s very good for you. The recipe is here.

Kombucha time!
3/11/19 • “Macro Monday”
3/12/19 • “Table”

I truly hate the word bokeh, but I went with it.
