Princess E In The Azaleas • Southern RI Children's Photographer

If you live in South County (or even elsewhere in the state), you are likely familiar with Kinney Azalea Gardens in South Kingstown.  It's a beautiful location that is great for a family visit or an introspective solo stroll.  While it's always gorgeous, its peak beauty comes in mid to late May, when hundreds of azalea plants spring into bloom.

As a southern RI children's photographer, I've always wanted to take photos there when the azaleas were in bloom.  I've had shoots there before, including this one, which is a favorite from late last spring, but never have the stars quite aligned where I've caught it at the right time.

Until now!  Last month, I had a princess session with the lovely Miss E.  She was the first to model another one of my new princess dresses for this season.  It's one of my favorites for the littler princesses!  Miss E was beautiful, the azaleas were beautiful, and the weather was beautiful.  It was a perfect combination.  We wandered around the grounds amongst all the colors and had fun, as usual:  jumping, spinning, and blowing bubbles (and flowers!)  Miss E has the best personality ever and kept me laughing.   She let me know that when she gets her license, she will be getting a minivan and driving to the mall.  I love that she has goals!  And minivans have a ton of storage space!
