Newborn Baby Girl Session | RI Newborn Photographer
Whenever I get to photograph a newborn, my heart flutters a little. There are few people in the world who don’t melt into a puddle when given the option to snuggle a tiny newborn, and as a RI newborn photographer, I’m no exception. No matter how many newborns I get to meet and photograph, I always marvel at their tiny fingers and toes, how soft their little heads are, and how strong they are for such small little humans.
Newborns stay tiny for such a short time. You blink and your teeny baby is rolling over, sitting up, talking, walking, in kindergarten, graduating high school. It goes by so fast. I love being able to walk into a family’s life in that short window when babies are still new and tiny and curly and capture those moments so they’re always remembered.
Baby girl L was 11 days new when I went to visit her, her mom, and her dad at their home in Richmond for an in-home newborn session. She LOVED being all snuggly and wrapped up and snoozed through much of the session. She has the most perfect features and I got to get up close for some detail shots. At the end of the session, we did some photos with mom and dad as well. It was a perfect newborn session.
